Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This privacy policy applies to all apps published by Matthias Dittgen (together “the Apps”), including current and future apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and other platforms, unless an individual App has its own separate privacy policy.

2. Data stored on your device

The Apps may store game progress, settings, high scores, and similar information locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time by deleting the App or by using the reset options in the App or in your operating system.

If an App uses platform services such as iCloud, Game Center, Google Play Games, or similar services, the respective provider may store or synchronise data in your account. This is controlled by the provider and your device settings.

3. App stores and in-app purchases

The Apps are distributed through app stores such as Apple’s App Store and Google Play. The respective store operator processes downloads, updates, and payments. If an App offers in-app purchases, the store operator also processes those purchases. We do not receive your payment details, such as credit card or bank account information.

The store operators may provide us with aggregated statistics about sales and usage that do not identify individual users. Depending on your device settings, they may also collect diagnostic and crash data and make it available to us. This information does not directly identify you. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies, for example Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. No advertising, analytics, or tracking

The Apps currently use no advertising networks, analytics services, crash-reporting SDKs, or tracking technologies. In particular, we do not use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, the Facebook SDK, or similar third-party services. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or the Google Advertising ID) for tracking.

If we add such features in the future, we will update this privacy policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before using them.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or with your consent. The app store operators process data independently; their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Because these providers operate globally, data processed by them may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. They state that they use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Retention

We do not retain personal data because we do not collect personal data through the Apps. Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it. Retention by the app store operators is governed by their privacy policies.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Apps. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details in section 1.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is, for example: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg, Heilbronner Straße 35, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany, www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.

9. Children

The Apps are not designed to collect personal data from children. Because we do not collect personal data through the Apps, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents and guardians may contact us with any questions.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy if the Apps or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this URL. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Where appropriate, we will inform you about material changes in the App or on this page.
